Apartamento Vista Lobos

The apartment was lovely and clean. The space was fantastic with the balcony and the roof terrace. For us the location was excellent.

The apartment definitely needs some tlc. Electrics need repairing there are a number of switches broken and bare wires behind the bed. Kitchen really needs to be better stocked. There wasn’t even a toaster for breakfast or enough glasses for everyone to have a drink at the same time. The hot tub leaked continuously. The artificial grass could do with a good clean.

Hot tub not working and dirty No lights on the solarium, bed frame rusty and shower broken So roof almost unusable. Washing machine broken, we found cockroaches every morning. Reported issues were not acted on general apathy from management and clear lack of maintenance of property.

I still think that the location of the accommodation is perfect and peaceful. The apartment has a roof terrace with a nice view and comfort. But the Jacuzzi, which was great the first time, now always suffocates me. It had to be refilled every morning which means you had to wait a long time for it to heat up properly.. The toilet seat was broken but I asked for it to be replaced. So that's fine now. There are missing light switches.

We chose this accommodation for the second time. But compared to the first time, his quality deteriorated. I am aware that many tourists do not treat the accommodation as they would their own home and because of this the condition of the accommodation deteriorates. I always respect and take care of the cleanliness of the accommodation and always take care of the objects in the apartment. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks the same way, and because of this, the condition of the apartment deteriorates. But I think that it is the responsibility of the property maintainer to carry out the repairs in order to ensure the apartment is in a suitable condition for the new resident. With small financial expenses, it would be possible to provide such a good apartment, which could even be rented out at a higher price.

Key box was not labelled. No address on apartment. Apartment management company do not reply to texts or phone calls, even when you have had no water for 24hrs. The property owners were very responsive and sorted the issues quickly.

Loved the hot tub and the location was excellent. Loved this so much we are booked again for November. Very large apartment for 2 people and everything was there if you needed it. Great for sun worshippers as we had the whole roof with hot tub, sunbeds and a huge 4 poster bed and downstairs, is another sun trap with table and chairs. Beautiful views to the beach and we were lucky enough to have fireworks as it was the end of the carnival.

Communication between letting agency and client could be better. We had to wait over an hour to get the key code for the keys which were outside the apartment, as we had no internet connection whilst travelling on the bus from the Airport. I also don't understand why they mention hosts meeting you at the apartment, as we have now been twice with this company and all communication is done through Whatsapp and no one is ever at the apartment to meet you. I have suggested to the company that it would be easer for clients to have the code beforehand to make things easier on arrival. One or two small things could do with being updated, the electric light switches and a possible smart tv would be great; no English speaking channels on the current tv.

Location was perfect, minutes walk from both the beach and Main Street. The apartment had everything we needed to be self catering and the roof top terrace was amazing, beautiful views and the hot tub was a great added extra. Loved our stay and would definitely come back.

One of the sun loungers on the roof was broken slightly but that was the only notable issue and honestly it didn't even bother us.
