- The apartment's location was great, in the middle of the old town, close to all the sights, restaurants and shops. - The communication with the host was good. - The air conditioning worked very well - The terrace upstairs with nice views was a good bonus

- The state of the bathroom was unacceptable (reported to the host but nothing was done about it). There were holes in the ceiling, broken shower doors and the bathroom wasn't really clean as well as the rest of the flat. It surely looked like the ceiling was going to fall on our heads any minute. - The wifi did not work very well so if you are relying on the internet for work this could be an issue for you.

The apartment is in the center of the city, clean and new. Just be careful with the deposit, you have to pay it before you come, otherwise like me, I arrived at 24h, and I stayed out one night because I didn't have a code for the door. Although the whole amount for my accommodation was paid a few months earlier

Clean and well situated. Minor issue with the shower head but once I sent a message on whatsapp, skmeone came very quickly to fix it. Very happy with the stay overall.

Loved the rooftop patio, beautiful views. Also really liked the location, it was central and easy to walk to all the main sites. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked.

They made us schedule a time to meet in person to sign a document. They claimed this was due to a Spanish law, but every other apartment I have stayed at in Spain did not require the in person part (only that the information be provided electronically). It was difficult because on the day that was best for us, they said they couldn't and the times they offered were 10:50-1:30 so we had to skip our breakfast plans before our Alhambra visit and just get something quick on the way. The apartment overall was nice but nothing amazing, also it could do with a deep clean (it was clean to the point where it was wiped down between guests, but things like the floors and dust were not attended to well, and the blinds on the patio were broken). The kitchen was tiny so don't expect to be able to cook.

Host agency was sloppy, it took us 3 hours to enter the unit,

The location is perfect. The size is perfect for a couple. Given it's location right in the heart of an entertainment district, it was surprisingly quiet to sleep in once the shutters and windows were closed. I would stay here again without a doubt

The wifi was very patchy. If you're relying on it for working, you are better off buying a sim. The check in process seems unnecessarily complex but again, a small issue

Perfect location, loved the firm mattress in the bedroom, very good helpful host. Claudia was very helpful and responded very quickly to every message I sent.

the location is perfect close to everything the neighborhod even if it’s in central downtown it’s not too noisy the staff is helpfull specialy Michael he is ready to answer our questions and give a help when needed
