Central location, apartment looks nice and bed was good. Washer machine had two pods to get you started. Bathroom had hot water and bedrooms get very dark.

Street noise can be troublesome. Required a deposit the day of and did not work on their side so had hard time getting the door code and keys. The location is in an alley that makes it difficult to drive. Furniture and fixtures are falling apart, literally needs a new couch, coffee table, wine opener, etc... Bathroom was not the one in the pictures, much smaller, floods the floor and needs replacing. Property management was unorganized, had sent us info for a different apartment and do not communicate with eachother on same whatsapp or booking.com messages.

1，Guests are asked to pay a check-in deposit online without any prior explanation. I paid all the fees as required by the hotel 13 days before check-in, and they didn't mention that I needed to pay a deposit at that time. When I was driving on the highway the day before my check-in, they suddenly asked me to pay a fee. I arrived at the hotel door and without WI-FI, I didn't meet any staff or get a key to enter the apartment. , I called them several times outside the apartment door but no one answered. When I finally got through, the staff couldn’t figure out the situation at all and made me wait online for more than ten minutes, and continued to ask me to use their APP to pay, otherwise Don't give me the key. I was very tired after driving for several hours, and the way they treat guests is extremely rude. Before I arrived, they repeatedly confirmed my arrival time with me and expressed that they attached great importance to my arrival. I also told them that I was not familiar with the terrain and hoped that they could send an employee to meet me in the parking lot and take me there. Go to the apartment. What actually happened was that when I arrived at the parking lot, I didn’t see anyone! I had no choice but to find an apartment by myself, but they locked me out because I didn't pay the deposit. I had no choice but to turn to the bar next door and use their WI-FI to pay the deposit. This check-in experience was the worst during my trip to Spain! When making a reservation on BOOKING, there is no deposit required at all. The deposit will be asked for when the guest is about to arrive, and the deposit must be paid online. I originally wanted to pay cash so that I could get a quick refund when I left, but they didn't consider this issue from the guest's convenience at all and forced the guest to do it their way. In addition, the booking procedure for this apartment is also the most complicated.

The staff was very friendly, the location is ideal, very near to the city central, restaurants, cathedral at walking distance. Taxi to Alhambra between 6 to 7 euros, also bus available for 1.40 euros. Bed was excellent .

If you arrive at night, can be stressful enter in the place if you are not completed the enter form.. All the communication must be by internet. Be sure that you have cell or internet communication to be able to communicate with the staff. None is physically there. In our case, the people in the beauty shop, that is front the hotel save our day. Thanks Granada!

The apartment was in great location, close to town centre, easy to get around. Kitchen had good amenities.

Could be a bit noisy late at night with all the cafes around.

Very central, convenient, clean, and well-kept. Host Cristina was very helpful.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable

Poor signing in process - wasn't informed of door code until about an hour after we arrived, as we only got the registration process details AFTER arriving (these could easily have been sent the day before). Weird registration process involving unexplained sequential procedure, multi-coloured ticks (apparently a yellow tick means you haven't completed that particular stage of the process!). Very few hangers, no hooks to hang up jackets, wet towels, etc. No soap in shower dispenser. Few kitchen utensils (metal spatula for frying pan!). Only advised of where to leave the rubbish the day of departure! Could have done with some basic information on local transport, opening times of sights, etc.

Location and apartment offered everything we needed.Host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
