Beach Front Apartment-1st Line

Where to start, well yes, the location is literally at Marbella promenade, I read some comments regarding noise from the promenade, but even if you can hear voices, it is far away from anything that might upset you, plus you will be blessed to enjoy the wave's music. There are tons of gorgeous restaurants and hidden gems where you can eat local or international food, or just drink quality wine, coffee or local beers. The beaches are right in front of the apartment, the closest Playa De La Fontanilla (just 20 meters from your window), or some other beaches a few minutes far by foot. Our choice was Playa de Venus. The apartment was immaculately clean upon arrival, freshly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. We have been there for 12 nights, and there was nothing we should complain about. Marbella City & Beach Front apartment, winning combination for one of the best family holidays.

Fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Apartment was gorgeous and facilities were excellent. Highly reccommend, we will definately return! Gabriella is such a good host, available 24/7 if needed, greeted us on arrival and provided a range of necessities! Fabulous.

Both beautiful and convenient location with a close-up sea view, a nice, clean and cute apartment. Perfect for 3 of us. The 2nd full bath came in very handy. The unit is fully stocked with all we could think of and more. A nice detailed touch worth mentioning is that the red tile area outside of the glass windows. The owner had it well cleaned to make it pleasant to look out through the windows for beach/sea view or people watching. The other units' outside was disgusting with thick dust and bird dropping (not to worry as it was out of sight from inside our unit). The apartment was next to the ferry to Banus, to beaches, to rows of restaurants.... The beachfront promenade is just outside of the building. It was about 15 walking distance to the old town. We were happily surprised to find Dali's sculpture artwork only 10 min stroll away. The apartment was very close to the tourist information center, about 3 min. walk. The host, Gabriela, was nice and energetic. She greeted us warmly and helped us with the challenging parking situation. Glad we parked on the nearby street to check it out first (minimum fee at the pay station). Gabriela provided lots of helpful information. Communication was easy and she was accommodating. Thank you, Gabriela!

These were not major issues, but just some comments: -The couch/bed in the living room seemed okay, but sitting wasn't very comfortable and it could use some upgrade. -didn't use the washing machine as it smelled and needed a deep cleaning.

Everything, design, location, cleanliness, greeting from owner. All perfect. Couldn’t want for more!

The property was very clean, tidy and very spacious. The view was excellent. Gabriela was very nice and friendly.

There was loud music playing all night till morning (7am) by some neighbour, so was difficult to fall asleep.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It is updated, clean, organized, and had the most amazing view. Pictures don't do it justice. For the first time visiting Costa del Sol we did not want to go out. We wanted to stay indoors and enjoy the apartment. Also our host was cheerful and helpful and made us feel right at home. This will definitely be the place we stay every time we visit Marbella from now on.
