Montaber Apartments - La Paz Market

Very nice location with exeptionally nice large terrace. Very close many shops and LaPaz market. 15 min walk to Park. Apartment nicely decorated has all needed amnenities including coffee machine. Ideal place for longer city break when you want also relax after busy day of tourism.

Entrance to bathroom is through one.of bedrooms. That was ok for us, group of femle friends but should be indicated on the rooms description. Some doors are not closing well, so little apartment maintenance would be useful. Still highly reccomand place

Estaba muy bien y, aunque fue interior, el silencio era espectacular así que lo preferimos para descansar bien. Bravo todo

La comunicación fue muy confusa. Parecía que no podíamos entrar más tarde de las 19h sin pagar un suplemento. Luego resultó que si que tienen entrada independiente pero tardé mucho en tener respuesta. Al final todo perfecto, pero la info que aparece al hacer la reserva es muy liosa

I was there for medical care and the proximity/ facilities were perfectly suited to my needs. We spent alot of time recovering there so it was to have good daylight and wifi.

The front door was closed by tenants who removed the chain from the wall. I felt anxious, not knowing fully what to do at night if I couldn't get back in.

Comfortable, clean apartment. Nice location near high end dining and shops, but not much in the budget spending bracket (we should have researched the area better). Loved the balcony and the comfortable seating. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed as far as dishes/cups/pans/etc.

Some basic items would have been nice to be included (we had to buy oil, salt, sugar, hand soap for the toilet, and toilet paper (wasn't enough included for 3 adults for a 5 day stay)). Shower backed up sewage water when both bathroom sinks were running. Harsh bright blue lighting in some of the light fixtures made it hard to relax at night. Communication was poor and left until the last minute, even when I sent a message days ahead of time. We were made to download an app to unlock the building that was completely unnecessary because there wasn't an electric lock, but a regular metal key to enter.

La situación

Muchísimo ruido de la gente dificil para descansar. Generalmente se oía ruído de personas sudamericanas, muy oscuro el apartamento., la limpieza muy escasa,la ropa de cama también un poco mal , no dejaron productos de límpieza, Los cojines no olían a limpio.

Se escucha mucho la calle. Las ventanas no están bien insonorizadas y dormir se hace complicado

El apartamento era el 3A , la cama era chica, la internet iba y venía, no tenía o no funcionaba la TV De aire de España, los muebles no eran los de la foto.
