Location

The appointment is very dark, all windows face the opposite apartments wall or window. There is no light and you have to use the electric light all the time. It's feeling like you are in prison... The bed wasn't a double bed, but x2 single mattress put together and a gap in the middle. The kitchen is very basic and even haven't got a chopping board. Blund knives and scissors aren't functional. No frying pans, no even enough washing up liquid - they left a silly 15ml bottle with washing up liquid. The kettle was full with rust, so we couldn't use it as was keeping falling even after several boiling and washing. We bought a little metal jar to boil water for tea and coffee. The bathroom is a disaster- rusty panel around the sink, dirty tiles, even the towels had hair on it, disgusting... It's nothing like in the photos, when I looking it now, it's look like we've had a different accommodation. We haven't got two sofas in the lounge... I do not recommend this accommodation at all. No comfort, no light, not looked after...

The apartment was in a very poor condition: all the furniture and kitchen utensils were in bad shape, the bed sheets did not fit the bed, and the pillows were old, of À very poor quality. The relationship between cost and value was poor. In addition, when we asked whether we could leave our luggage somewhere in the building for a few extra hours, since our flight was departing several hours after check-out, we received a flat-out no. They could at least leave that possibility open, considering we stayed there for several nights, and virtually all hotels offer luggage storage after check-out. On top of that, the host, was very unpleasant.

Pésima la atención de la anfitriona Gloria. Nunca respondió un mensaje. No podíamos entrar y ella nunca contestó.

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Madrid et c’est un vrai plus, mais sûrement le seul…

L’appartement est finalement très sombre contrairement aux photos, ça donne sur une petite cour remplie de poubelles (pas dingue). Isolation catastrophique, 3 nuits sur 5 nous avons mal dormis, et la dernière ni nous ni notre enfant avons dormi plus de 2h à cause de fêtes dans les appartement à côté… si vous cherchez du calme et du repos, passez votre chemin ! Je rajouterai aussi que la dame qui s’occupe de l’accueil n’est vraiment pas d’une amabilité remarquable, accueil froid et expéditif, ça fait peur.
