Great location: close to Aroya metro, bus stops next to the building. Mercodana around the corner. 20 mins walking to City of Arts and Sciences ... Big apartment, comfortable beds.

The sofa. Noise from the street during the night. Power issues (fuses can switch off quickly)

The location vas good. Clean apartment and spacious.

The sofa in the kitchen it's broken, the TV only have a few Spanish channels.

Location was not bad for walking to the park. Apartment is spacious. Street is calm and quite during night.

Owner needs to spend some money for new furniture: beds, sofa, table, etc. Also the shower cabin needs to be updated. The roller blinds of one of the bedrooms did not work properly. Its a bit noisy during the day but at the night its ok.
