It was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host/agent

It wasn’t safe! The sliding patio doors opened onto a balcony on the main road and the door lock was broken. We reported it and was told it was too difficult to have a handyman fix it over the weekend but to “rest assured - nothing alarming has happened in the neighbourhood”. We told them we were two female friends staying alone and couldn’t sleep because we were scared and didn’t feel safe, but still they did nothing. We tried to block the door from sliding with a broomstick. Terrible way to be treated! No tea towel to dry dishes. No mat on bathroom floor. One wine glass only. Loads of noise from the street. One shutter broken. The only positive is that it was clean. Definitely would not go back.

There were only 4 chairs in the dining table and the apartment rented was for 6 people.

Excellent location, convenient electronic locks

Too few cutlery and chairs, no lock in bathroom, few minor breakdowns

I liked the location it is great and connected to all the monuments by bus, metro or walking distance.

There was a mold smell in tje living room where one of the beds were. The towels provided need to be shanged with new ones because every single one had make up (washed but stained) More keys are needed. We were 6 people and only one key, so we were always dependant of one another.
