Private Parking and excellent location.

The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. The owner was helpful on messages and I'm sure would assist if there is an issue.

It was extremely dated, nothing matched and very much in need of a bit of an upgrade. I appreciate you get what you pay for but this was the same price as others in CT however there is no pool and the furniture and fittings were very basic and dated. A good location but not a good enough reason for pricing same as other 3* apartments.

A lovely apartment in a really good area,close to the beach,shops,bars and restaurants. Comfy bed and a beautiful balcony with day long sun. The host was able to be contacted for any queries.

This is a great place to stay and I would happily stay here again. The location is very central and is within walking distance of bus stops, restaurants, and bars. The promenade is very close by and is a wonderful walk where you can stop every now and then for 'refreshments'. The owner is just a phone call away and is very responsive to any queries one might have. The top floor balcony faces out to sea and has sun from morning till late evening. The two bed apartment is spotlessly clean.

I would rate this apartment higher if a few things were modernized otherwise its top class.

The room all be it a little old fashioned was very spacious and clean and the location was great.... Central to local restaurants and the beach.

We had an issue with the door being swollen but after speaking to our host he gave us some tips and we got used to it. Also there was a broken window handle, a broken sunbed and the waste didn't work correctly on the washing machine.... However none of this really affected our stay as we used the room to sleep and wash/ prepare for our days and evenings out that we had booked.

Fantastic third floor apartment for a base in Costa Teguise. The apartment was clean, big, large sunny balcony, had everything we needed for our stay. Supermarket within 3 minutes walk, beach 5 minutes. The shower kept hot for 2 people using it. The WiFi was OK until after 6 or weekend. Just needed abit of minor maintenance (drawer handle needs sticking and new buffer set on toilet). But would definately stay again A****
