Stayed in Costa Teguise many many times and the location of this apartment is ideal. A 5-10 minute walk to the 'Square' and there is a supermarket 2 minutes around the corner for your needs. Apartment has a gated car park with a numbered bay so parking isn't an issue, fob for the gate provided by the host. Washing machine was a godsend, took a handful of washing tablets with me to keep on top of washing, saves taking a case full of dirty clothes back home to wash, most items dried quickly on the balcony, on the airer provided. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, found nearly everything we needed (no scissors?). Kettle lid would not open unless persuaded with a knife. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Host/communication was very good, also was allowed to stay beyond check out time.

Wifi is also provided, although it's very slow and pretty useless for anything other than basic use. Took firestick with me and it spent considerably more time buffering than playing. Also signal doesn't reach to the bedrooms. The main door is very tight and requires a shove to open, likewise needs closing with a bang (think everyone's is the same though) The door on the double bedroom wouldn't close properly and made a loud noise when opened, waking others in the night etc. Curtain rail in the other bedroom fell down in the night onto my mother, also the one in the living area nearly fell down too, neither are secured to the brackets so just slide across. Few other little things such as toilet roll holder falling apart constantly, VERY slippery walk in shower with no mat provided, parasol wouldn't secure into its base so couldn't use, couldn't get the sky box to turn on at all, one of the sofas was like sitting on the floor, tatty coffee table. All in all, a reasonably good base to explore the area. Could just do with some minor jobs doing to make it much better.
