José, the host, is a helpful person, always willing to assist. The apartment is spacious, clean, and bright, and features a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). From the living room, there are views of the sea and the sports courts belonging to the residential complex. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The bathroom is spacious and clean, with a bathtub and shower with good hot water flow. The heat pump heating worked efficiently, which was much appreciated given the unusually bad weather during the first few days. There are a large number of restaurants and supermarkets near the accommodation. Parking was quite easy (it was February).

If It had had a modern Smart TV, the rating would have been excellent. These days, being able to access YouTube, Netflix or Movistar+ from your TV is greatly appreciated.
