Apartamento costa del oro

The main advantage of this place is the peace and quiet! I fell asleep every night to the sound of the sea and never once heard any neighbors or noise outside. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, iron, clothes drying area, and more. Clean entrance and friendly neighbors. A large grocery store is 3 minutes away. The owner is very polite and pleasant in communication also the owner allowed us to check out later, that's a plus! I appreciate it.

I was staying there with my mother, and we slept separately. When we checked in, there was no bed linen for the sofa. In my opinion, if the listing mentions multiple sleeping places, they should by default be ready for use. However, it wasn’t a serious issue, as the host was ready to quickly bring the bedding set. The main downside was the poor condition of the frying pans - honestly, I would have thrown them away long ago. Cooking on such pans could even be unhealthy since the Teflon coating has deep scratches. The plastic kettle also needs to be replaced with a metal one - it’s inexpensive, but would make the stay much more pleasant for guests.

La ubicación es perfecta, silencioso, todo muy completo, limpio y de buen gusto. Muy luminoso. Tiene un dormitorio con cama matrimonio y en el salón una cama pequeña, ambas muy cómodas y las almohadas también

That apartment was thoughtfully furnished with every amenity a person could need. There was a book that told us very explicitly where grocery stores were, beaches, restaurants, right down to things that we may need around the apartment. The owner was available by text and quickly answered any questions that we had. The property had both tennis courts and a pool was right across the street from the beach.

That apartment had a sparkling pool that was not available to us because of a mandatory city wide drought ordinance. I believe that it started Oct 1 and we visited just after. This of course was not the owner’s fault. However we did see what I think were hotel or resorts that did not apparently have to abide by this rule.

La ubicación, justo al lado de la playa y paseo marítimo. El apartamento está muy coqueto y bonito, por lo que si le arreglaran las cuatro cosas que necesita ganaría muchísimo.

Limpieza, distribución, útiles de cocina deteriorados, pocos enchufes y mal distribuidos. No había gel de manos en el baño. Nevera no enfría casi nada y está en el salón, teniendo que estar desplazándote continuamente para cocinar. El ventilador de techo del salón no tiene potencia. Las almohadas de reposición antiguas, llenas de pelotillas y manchas amarillentas. Tuvimos que comprar alfileres para tender porque sólo había 4, también tuvimos que comprar una sartén ya que las que había estaban en mal estado y los alimentos se pegaban.

Tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, bares y de un parque infantil el cual tenía bastante influencia de niños, la cama muy cómoda y no falta detalle ninguno, los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos.
