Great spacious apartment in the heart of Lavapies. We enjoyed three bedrooms with two bathrooms and a nice view to a lively square. Enough space for 5 people with a great location.

A couple of minor things: one window doesn't close, there is a smell in the atrium from the restaurant below, the shower isn't draining very well, ... Also some basic kitchen inventory would go a long way.

"We felt not so welcome, but we had a good stay in Madrid."

Bar cafe close by supermarket across the street. Walking distance to many places.

The property management attitude to leaving. Quiet aggressive with trash, had a time between and 8 and 10pm to take out trash and there was no other time, small trash in the morning, "find a bin"!

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Liczne udogodnienia. Bliskość sklepów, bazaru i kawiarni. Bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska.

Brak miejsca parkingowego i konieczność wykupienia miejsca w garażu. Właściciel powiadomił o tym gdy go zapytałem więc.
