Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance. - Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio). - Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace). We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments. Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed from Saturday, November 1st, 2025 until Saturday, April 4th, 2026, and from Sunday November 1st, 2026 until mid April 2027. The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Los propietarios super atentos y amables. El apartamento super cómodo,limpio y muy bien equipado,nos hemos sentido como en casa. La ubicación super bien cerca de bares,kioskos,... Esperamos volver pronto y lo recomiendo 100%

El jacuzzi espectacular, la atención por parte de Amelia y Juan muy bueno. Gran detalle de bienvenida que nos hicieron. Cama muy cómoda y la máquina retro muy divertida. Cocina muy bien equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios.

"Wonderful hosts and home in a beautiful city"

Most importantly, I loved the communication with our hosts. They provided accurate information about the home , parking, dining, sights worth exploring- the best I’ve ever encountered. The home was in a wonderful area, close to everything Jerez has to offer. The bed was comfy, and the shower was huge, perfect for my very tall husband. We didn’t cook there- too many great restaurants nearby- but the kitchen seemed to have all you’d need. We would gladly return to beautiful Jerez and definitely to this home.

Me gustó todo . Estaba limpio ,la cama super cómoda al apartamento no le falta ningún detalle. La atención muy buena totalmente pendiente a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar y muy céntrico
