Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance. - Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio). - Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace). We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments. Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed from Saturday, November 1st, 2025 until Saturday, April 4th, 2026, and from Sunday November 1st, 2026 until mid April 2027. The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Mitten in der Stadt, Jacuzzi in der Wohnung, ein Spielautomat mit hunderten Retrospielen, große Terrasse mit noch einer Jacuzzi (im Winter nicht nutzbar), Küche mit allem was man braucht. 2 Toiletten, riesige Duschkabine, ein sehr bequemes Bett. Schlüssel liegt am Eingang in einem Schlüsselbox, man bekommt genaue Anleitungen für Schlüsselbox, Jacuzzi, usw. vom Vermieter vor der Anreise, genauso wie gute Ratschläge für Jerez.

Jacuzzi in der Wohnung steht im Zimmer, muss man aufpassen, dass das Wasser nicht auf den Boden spritzt, es gibt kein Bodenabfluss. Dusche braucht etwas Wartung, die Ventile sind sehr schwergängig, verkalktes Duschkopf. Waschmaschine konnten wir nicht nutzen, sie was sehr dreckig und Waschpulverfach verschimmelt, die wenigsten wissen es, dass man diesen Fach nach der Wäsche rausziehen und trocknen muss.

El apartamento está muy bien… nos hicieron un bizcocho de bienvenida que está riquísimo… aparte los anfitriones muy atentos ..pero para mí opinión …no para invierno.

El termo es pequeño, tarda más de 2 horas en volver a calentar… ósea el jacuzzi con agua caliente aguanta una media hora nada más… no puedes incorporarle más agua caliente …después de terminar con el jacuzzi no te puedes pegar una duchar para lavar bien el pelo con agua caliente… El apartamento no sube de 22 grados lo cual es muy frío… pasamos algo de frío. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear polvo por todas las lámparas, los libros todos pegajosos,…

El apartamento está genial. Yo estuve en el apartamento El Patio. Los dueños son super agradables y están atentos en todo momento. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos un bizcocho casero y ponernos la calefacción para nuestra llegada. El apartamento está súper limpio y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. La cama es comodísima. Las toallas son super gruesas. Nos dejaron capsulas de café que nos alegró las mañanas. De verdad, que fue todo un lujo. Pienso repetir sin dudar.
