Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance. - Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio). - Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace). We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments. Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed from Saturday, November 1st, 2025 until Saturday, April 4th, 2026, and from Sunday November 1st, 2026 until mid April 2027. The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
