Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance. - Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio). - Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace). We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments. Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed from Saturday, November 1st, 2025 until Saturday, April 4th, 2026, and from Sunday November 1st, 2026 until mid April 2027. The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"great - highly recommend these apartments."

the apartment was really lovely with lots of attention to detail, the design touches (quality of bed linen, pictures, light fittings, bathrooms, general decor). Its in a great location for walking around the historic city...the hosts were great in communication and helpfulness, they left us a lovely homemade cake and a bottle of cava as a welcome gift. overall it was a lovely stay which I can highly recommend.

very small things - the upstairs apartment needs a full length mirror, easy to fit inside the wardrobe door I think. Also some notes on how to use the oven (not the microwave) and the patio door is not very secure but the steel blind made me feel more secure and it is the top floor so probably not a security risk.

"Exquisito y fabuloso" Es de las pocas veces que las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo espectacular del lugar. Apartamento superacogedor. Lo mejor: 1-el Yakuzi (genial!) 2-los detalles: parece cono si los anfitriones hubieran pensado en todo lo que se podría necesitar y se hubieran encargado de ello de antemano. Sólo hemos pasado una noche y un día, pero ha sido super relajante y bueno. Seguro que repetimos!

"Great apartment in the heart of the old town"

The powerjet bathtub was a treat ahead of marathon I came down for. Private terrace with bbq and jacuzzi makes this apartment so unique and charming . Better than any hotel stay. Highly recommended
