Tiene todo lo necesario para 4 personas, el aparcamiento está muy bien aunque hay que dar una vuelta bastante amplia porque la calle es de una única dirección y está por detrás de la puerta del apartamento.

Está bastante lejos del centro y a unos 10 minutos andando del metro. Además, no contaba con ninguna detalle como puede ser sal, azúcar o café.

La nula comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona

Pros: Nothing. Cons: • No air conditioning and not even a single fan in the whole apartment – in 49°C heat! • The host kept lying: first promised to bring a fan, then stopped replying, made excuses, or simply hung up the phone. • We almost suffered heatstroke inside. • For the price we paid, this is outrageous. Totally irresponsible. Never again. Pros: Nada. Contras: • Sin aire acondicionado y ni un solo ventilador en todo el piso, ¡con 49°C de calor! • El anfitrión nos engañó: primero prometió traer un ventilador, luego dejó de responder, inventaba excusas o directamente colgaba el teléfono. • Casi sufrimos un golpe de calor dentro. • Por lo que pagamos es indignante. Totalmente irresponsables. Nunca más.

La ubicación era muy buena y todo estaba muy limpio.

Ubicación, plaza de garaje y tranquilo para pasar unos días de relax en familia.

Cuando vas a entrar en el edificio no se abre la puerta del portal con las instrucciones que te mandan. Las sábanas estaban rotas y los colchones incómodos.

Everything was perfect, clear instructions for check-in, parking space is good, apartment is well equipped and spacious. Next to a river and a few shops. Would come back again.

Great location by car. Closed to highway and closed to central. Convenient, closed to supermarkets and public swimming pools. Great and prompt service.

No Airconditioner, too warm and humid when it’s more than 25 degrees during the day, and no fans provided either. If you open the window, you hear everything from the street, and you will be a good meal for mosquitoes. Super loud flushing sound from sewer, you can hear it when anyone who lives upstairs flushes. Nightmare in the mid of the night. Dirty floor, my 4 years old always gets a dirty feet when she runs bare feet from day 1. And not much appliance provided to clean the floor properly.
