Clear and concise check in instructions. Comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Close to public transport options that bring you to the city center. Comes with a private garage parking lot which was perfect for us.

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable and was in a convenient location outside the centre of Bilbao. It was approximately 25 minutes from the port of Bilbao. The nearest bus/tram stop to the apartment was approx. 300 metres away and there were three supermarkets very close to the apartment plus lots of cafes and other shops. The bus ride into the centre of Bilbao about 10 minutes and buses were cheap and frequent - we used the number 10 Bilbobus. The car parking space was also very convenient and secure. The Guggenheim museum was an easy walk from the apartment and took roughly 40-45 minutes. There is also a bus stop (Puente de Deusto) 5 minutes walk from the Guggenheim.

As a first time visitor to Bilbao, I would have liked to have more information on local services and attractions in the apartment.

Nothing

Badly equipped, all very shoddy. Plug socket by worktop in kitchen didn't work so had to put the kettle/toaster on a chair to use another socket and in a dangerous situation. Generally all kitchen equipment poor - 2 knives both blunt, corkscrew cheap and not strong enough to open bottle. No drainer for washed up items. No tea towel. Dishwasher tablets in box marked floor cleaner - had to guess what they were. Bedroom door didn't close. No bedside table, mirror nor dressing table in bedroom. No sink plugs, no bath mats. Bucket and mop in bathroom by towel rail so towels dangled into bucket. Light bulb out in bedroom. Standard light in lounge didn't seem to have a switch even though it was plugged in. Information for collecting keys and getting into apartment appalling, another guessing game. Given 2 places as to where to go to collect keys. Had to telephone for help. Could have done with local information on where nearest Metro, bus stops are. Where nearest supermarket is. Had to ask twice about parking for another car but were not given any advice or help.

Great location close to the metro. Quiet suburb but plenty of options fo food and coffee and bars,

Underground parking was a bonus as we did not not need to figure out the local parking situation. Place was clean and tidy with the essentials whenever we felt like eating at home. Local supermarket about 10 mins walk.

Getting from the underground carpark to the apartment was initially a little confusing due to the building layout. However, there is enough information on the welcome package to work it out.

No electric fan - very hot

Secure parking and close to the metro. Comfortable bed and very convenient having two bathrooms.

Some road noise and very noisy plumbing/drains disturb our sleep. Additionally, the apartment needs some maintenance and renewal.

Apartment was very clean, neat and tidy. 5 minutes walk to metro station . There are two supermarkets nearby. There was no A/C but you don’t need at all in Bilbao.
