Great location. Apartment was very clean, functioned well. We walked to everything. This is a square very near the house to get groceries and has a lot of restaurants. We found it helpful to put in Bar Alfalfa when walking around town as our GPS location, as the street is more of an alley and the GPS often got confused trying to tell us where to walk to get home.

It is very difficult to park in this area of Seville. We just left our car in a paid parking garage and took an Uber to the apartment.

Nice apartment in renovated old building in the center of the city. Big terrace for morning coffee or evening wine. AC in every room however a bit loud in the bedroom. Very good contact with the host.

Kitchen and some of the fittings were a little tired, it could do with some painting and maintenance.

Great communication with the owner who stored our motorcycle securely just one minute from the apartment which is situated perfectly for all the local bars and restaurants, the apartment was spacious and the bed comfortably with everything you could need , we were on a motorcycle tour and stayed there for five nights so the washing machine came in handy, nice balcony to have a drink on at the end of the day ,

Location was great!

First day wifi didn’t connect but the next day owner fixed it. Airco makes really a lot of noise, it was very hot days so we needed to use and it worked good but we needed to sleep with earplugs. Bathroom was not so good clean, with some stains in the shower and some hair.

The location was amazing. Within the old town and a short walk through the streets to the main attraction in Sevilla. Blanca's suggestions for places to eat/things to do were fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is very interesting, with two levels. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a living room, kitchen and terrace upstairs. It is very good located in the city center, near shops, restaurants and city sights. You can feel the real authentic Seville.

The bedroom window faces the street and can be noisy at night, but the second room upstairs is very quiet.

Spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in an exceptional location close to the restaurants, shops etc. There was also an option for leaving the luggage after the check out.
