The apartment is an air-conditioned penthouse, with a large terrace, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, bedroom and bathroom. The hosts took care of everything needed for housing, and provided us with a parking garage. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the center, a few minutes' walk from many sights. The street where the apartment is located is calm and quiet, not noisy at all, you can definitely rest. See you soon

Location of the apartment, very close to the city center. Parking place in underground garage for 15 eur/day. Nice terrace. Air conditioned, you cant stay without it, because being on the last floor in the afternoon is very hot there.

The bedroom is ok, but the rest of the apartment needs some improvements. The kitchen is basically equipped. The couch from the upper floor is not so comfortable.

Great location, few minutes walk from all main attractions and amenities. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Can get a bit loud at night, but that's the price of such a central location. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked well. The hosts have been very helpful and flexible throughout the stay. Perfect for 3 people, may be slightly tight for 4.

Not a flaw but a warning: get ready to climb a few set of stairs in the building and in the apartment. It's an atico, after all, and that's the price of a charming terrace on the roof.

Excellent location. Great apartment to stay in while experiencing Seville and would recommend it.

Brilliant location, not much more than 10 minutes to all the must-see venues, and very close to some excellent bars and restaurants. We especially liked Bar Aquila, which is almost next door for friendly service and great tapas. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautifully restored building. It is comfortable and well-equipped, light and airy, and has two roof terraces.the accommodation is over two floors with bedrrom on lower level and living rooms above. We enjoyed our stay in Sevilla.

Two flights up after a full day of exploring Seville, but worth the climb!!

The apartment has a great location in the old town only a few minutes away from main attractions such as the Cathedral, the Alcazar... It's very cosy duplex apartment, Sevilla style and the hosts were very helpful with a lot of recommendations.

The position is perfect if you want to live the city centre by day and by night. Located just in the center few meters far from the main historical monument and point of intersest. Apartament divided in 2 floors, with nice balconies. The owner is very kind and available at any hour.

Some forniture and kitchen tools are damaged and a little old. The double bed is a little small. If you want to get close with the car it could be a little challenging because of the one way and narrow streets of the historical centre.
