Apartment has everything you need. Very quiet area. Will be coming back

Only moan we've got is the stairs to the apartment are really steep It was a mare to get suitcase up. Cabin bags next time 🤔🤔

Centrally located within a walking distance to the main promenade and beach. Loved staying in cultural center. Amneties close by Loved the rooftop terrace and the view of mountain.

Topography of the old city means lots of stairs to climb House has 2 flights of stairs so if you have infants and toddlers it may be a workout. Otherwise brilliant

Great communication from host. Central location, we were on foot and were able to walk to everywhere we planned to visit. Very clean and the roof top patio was great for eating out on and relaxing. Apartment had everything we needed.

Street could be a bit noisy at night but nothing to do with the apartment. It wouldn't put us off staying again if ever in Alicante.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, but no dishwasher.

Form the description on the web site it is not clear that the terrace is not inside the apartment. As a matter of fact it is on a higher floor and you need to go outside and lock the flat. I was very surprised that our neighbours from the flat below also coud use the terrace as I hoped to have it for our family's use only.

The apartment is spacious and airy. It has air conditioning for hotter months. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Netflix available. Lovely private rooftop terrace. Easy access to trams and buses. Central Mercado and Seafront a short walk away.

The stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow. It is on 2nd floor. A challenge to carry luggage and shopping up them for older people!! Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The flat is located in an amazing area close to the city center, shops, restaurants, and coffee just around the corner. The property was neat and clean. There’s everything you’d need at the kitchen, towels and even some beach supplies. There is also a conditioner, which is nice during hot days.

Just the shower requires a little fix, as the door was broken and it’s hard to get out of it.

The Apartment is located almost under the Santa Barbara Castle. It has almost all the furnishing required for a short stay and a grocery store is close by. Plaza Puerto del Mar is less then 10 minutes by foot and has a direct connection to the airport via the c-6 bus line. City center offers amazing alleys full with bars, restaurants and sights to see and visit. The hosts were helpful providing all necessary information before the check-in. Thanks again!

There were two entrance doors on the address with the number 23, this was kind of confusing but not a big deal (pro tip: use the left door). The staircase was a bit narrow, not a problem for someone who is staying for a few days, but I would not recommend it for people with large suitcases or baby strollers.

Very good quiet location with lots of choice around the area.
