Christine´s Apartment

The apartament is cozy and very well equiped. We will amazed by the view from the tarace and spent there a lot of time. Localosation is great, in a walking distance to the beach and resaturants. It was a wonderful stay and if we ever come back, definitely chodzę christine’s apartament :)

Good place. We found everything we needed in the apartment, even coffee capsules and tea. Helpful hosts. They were very kind and sent the money and the things left in the apartment (we forgot to take them). We are very grateful for that

Location is amazing. The most quaint charming street in the most charming neighbourhood, right at the foot of the mountain, looking at Santa Barbara castle from the terrace.

The apartment was clean and very cozy. There was everything necessary for a complete long-term stay. What I liked the most was that the apartment owner responded quickly to messages and allowed me to leave one hour later. Great and beautiful location!

Location was exceptional. Close to plazas, food, entertainment and the beach.

External door was hard to open...maybe needs to be looked at.

Excellent quiet location in traditional (not commercial) old town. Spaceful apartment. Good tapas restaurants 2 min away. Yes, its a narrow stair up but this is old town and it should be like this, it's no problem at all as long as you are not disabled or have a big stroller.

The top terass is not much use but you can sit in the evenings. It was not important to us. Only one key and the door downstairs cannot be opened from inside without key which is a fire evacuation risk.

It has all the kitchen utensils and a washing machine.

It is necessary to check-in as if it were a hotel, providing personal information and document photos. While traveling by train to Alicante, I contacted the host, and we spoke in Spanish. However, she sent the instructions in English initially, offering them in our language later on. When we arrived, the main entrance door to the building was not working. I hurt my hand while attempting to open it. I called the host, and she arrived within 5 minutes. After repeatedly stating that this had never happened before, she managed to open it. Ana, the host, responded quickly, but her attitude of telling me not to stress because these things happen leaves much to be desired. If the door is malfunctioning, it should be fixed instead of saying that if one gets stressed, these things happen. To open it, you need to kick it and apply force. The apartment was on the second floor with stairs, but it was not specified. The shower floor is broken, with missing ceramic parts. The pillowcases and sofa bed comforter are smaller than they should be. It's very noisy during the night. If you need to work during your stay, the Wi-Fi is very poor. On the day we were leaving, we asked if it was possible to do a late check-out, to which Ana, the host, responded that it wasn't and that we had to leave at 11 am. However, we received an email from Booking stating that the check-out was at 12 pm. It was only when we sent her a screenshot of the email that she told us we could stay until 12 pm.

Location in the old town was perfect, close to everything.
