Studio dans la Villa "Litita" à Nice

Location is slightly further out but close to a train station with lots of supermarkets around

The facilities are fairly basic but perfectly fine!

La quiete, il quartiere, la disponibilità dell'host

Il bagno e la poca pulizia (abbiamo trovato saponette usate), l'assenza del letto matrimoniale (al momento della ricerca e prenotazione ho inserito come filtro letto matrimoniale) e presenza di due letti di altezze diverse, di cui uno molto rumoroso per via della plastica che riveste il materasso

Really great value compared to some of the other villas we looked at, particularly considering the facilities available. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the extras such as mosquito repellent, beach towels and umbrella that were offered to us free of charge. Evgueny is so lovely! Very informative and made sure we understood how to get into the property as well as how to work all the appliances (of which there are many!). He also allowed us late check-out because our flight back home was delayed, which was really nice. Well situated close to the beach, Lidl, the tram stop for trams to the airport or the town centre. The view is also beautiful into the courtyard.

Couldn't really fault anything! I'd say if you want to be closer to the old town, it is quite far to walk the 30+ minutes in the heat but as I said, you can get the tram. The room can be quite dark during the day as there is only one, relatively small window, however we didn't mind as it was so hot outside.

Excellent location, not far from the station and the embankment. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby. The apartments are well equipped

The bathroom door is difficult to close

The owner is very nice, he explained everything. Washing mashine in an appartement, really super!

No balcony, but ok - there is a terase.
