Studio dans la Villa "Litita" à Nice

The apartment is in an excellent location, just five minutes from the L2 tram line, ten minutes from the Promenade and twenty minutes from the old town. The area is very quiet and very safe, although in my opinion the whole of Nice is a very safe location to travel. The apartment is located in a picturesque courtyard, which unfortunately is not part of the apartment, but the approach and the view are very nice. A small problem is the mosquitoes in the yard, but the owner took care of enough mosquito repellants, so it wasn't too much of a problem for me. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. I'm a solo traveler and I was in Nice for 10 days and I didn't feel cramped at all. You have a large enough bathroom with a shower cabin, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with most of the appliances you may need: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and hotplate, coffee machine, kettle... The selection of kitchenware is quite sufficient, and the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with basic necessities and spices. As part of the apartment, you will also receive beach towels, sun umbrella and much more to make your stay in Nice pleasant. I must especially praise the involvement of the owner, who responded to every request very quickly and positively. He allowed me a very late check-out since I had a late flight, and a guest from another apartment told me that he met her with an early check-in. Kudos to Evgueny for being an excellent host. I have placed this accommodation among my favorites and will definitely use it on my next visit to Nice.

Everything was good. I've read a lot of reviews about the bed, but it's a standard Ikea pull-out bed with standard Ikea mattresses. I was very comfortable sleeping. I think that the apartment is excellent for its reasonable price

The only thing I like was the location, everything was very bad, the beds were terrible, old and uncomfortable and dirty, a lots of mosquitoes at night, it was the worst experience of my all trip. Is no people to clean out side of the garden. Very bad condition.

Nice location. 5 mins walk from city link Alsace Lorraine, one stop to centre and on airport line which is a big plus. Good air con and well kitted out apartment.

The owner was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Location was great. Quiet and close to the beach. The owner provided a beach umbrella, mat and towels.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

1) The host is very nice and helpful. 2) The location is near train station and airport. 3) The room is equipped with everything.

1) The bed frame is like a box, not comfortable for sleeping. 2) WIFI upload speed is extremely slow.

Convenient ground floor apartment with easy access to public transport (tram, bus, train), shops, tourist attractions & beach. Lovely small outdoor area to sit in and enjoy the sun! Lots of useful leaflets containing information about various tourist attractions.
