Lokalizacja blisko morza, ale z dobrym dojazdem do centrum. Blisko sklepy ( Coaliment, Mercadona) kafejki i restauracje. Mieszkanie przestronne i ma wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo miły i opiekuńczy właściciel.

"Ruhig gelegen, aber sehr Verbesserungswürdig"

Das Apartment ist groß, hell und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist gut gelegen (Strandnähe), das Viertel ist ruhig. Betten und Couch sind komfortabel. Funktionierende Waschmaschine.

Der größte Teil der Ausstattung ist veraltet und stark abgenutzt. Wasserdruck ist in den Leitungen fast nicht vorhanden, Abflüsse verstopfen schnell und fließen nicht richtig ab. Das Wohnhaus ist insgesamt eher muffig und staubig. Die Küche ist benutzbar, sollte jedoch modernisiert werden. Die gesamte Wohnung war schlecht geputzt. Alle Möbel hatten eine Staubschicht innen wie außen. Das Essbesteck in der Küche war zum Teil dreckig. Leider gibt es keinen Lift im Haus.

Расположение отличное, близко к остановкам трамвая и автобусов. Вокруг много мест, где вкусно можно поесть . Апартаменты находятся на тихой улице и на пятом этаже, без лифта. Но мы были к этому готовы. Впечатления от проживания хорошие.

Lo amplia que era la casa, la hospitalidad de Miguel, todo estuvo de 10

La única pega sería que no tenga ascensor porque es la última planta, pero yo estoy acostumbrada🤭
