Apartamento Playa el Cabanyal

Mieszkanie znajduje się blisko plaży - 10 minut spacerem. Czyste, jest pralka, ekspres na kapsułki, klimatyzacja (jedna w przedpokoju i jedna w sypialni. W pokoju dziecięcym nie ma klimatyzacji, ale jeśli zostawić otwarte drzwi do przedpokoju, powietrze w pokoju dziecięcym będzie chłodne). Ogromne podziękowania dla właściciela Miguela że czekał nas do 23:00 (lot był opóźniony więc przyjechaliśmy późno). Dziękujemy również za przesłanie listy polecanych kawiarni oraz restauracji w tej lokalizacji. Było to bardzo pomocne a naprawdę jest wiele dobrych miejsc w pobliżu. Polecam

Balkon jest trochę ciasny więc jak chcieliśmy wieczorem posiedzieć to musiliśmy wstawić stół po środku a żeby dostać się do krzesła to ja oraz żona musiliśmy wchodzić na balkon z różnych wejść (z salonu oraz z sypialni). Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale komuś się to może nie podobać

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment was a perfect base for almost a week. The area is quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable, with everything you might need close by. Inside, the apartment had all the essentials and it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was absolutely fantastic - responsive and very helpful.

On the fifth floor, we would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift.

The location was perfect for us: in the quiet part of the town, yet not very far from the nightlife. Also ideal if you want to explore the city ( ~10 min walk to the metro) or just go to the sea (10 min walk to the beach). Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Miguel was there to meet us and answer all the questions we had. Also during the stay, he was always one WhatsApp call away. We appreciated that. Yes, the apartment is on the 5th floor with tiny stairs and no lift, but that is how things are in most properties, so can't really fault Miguel on that. Also the balcony is really tiny. Even though it had a table and two chairs somehow fitted into it, we did not use it, but again, there's nothing the host could do about it - this is how things just are in most other properties as well. There are now 2 air conditioners - one in the living room and one in the family bedroom - nice upgrade and very useful.

Some of the appliances in the kitchen were brand new, like the fridge and the washing machine, whereas the microwave or the cooker hood were from the last century - why? it does not cost much to upgrade, and it could have improved the experience immensely. Also the cupboards in the bathroom - could be changed at little extra cost, but would have made a lot of difference. The air conditioner also in the second bedroom would also be nice. Dishwasher (instead of empty closets in the kicthen) would have been a nice bonus. And the sofa in the living room must be changed ASAP and as a number 1 priority!
