客飯廳非常舒適溫暖，空間寬敞；廚房設備齊全整潔；浴室有地暖同私人桑拿房，仲有洗衣機；樓下就是K Market，買補給品好方便。位置離市中心嘅中心是有點遠，步行大約7-8分鐘，如帶住大行李箱就要更長時間了。

Apartment building just completed, Some finishing touches needed and a mix up cleaning but handled very well.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to main Lordi square, bus stops at the back of apartments, which is in front of the famous Naava cafe, clean, safe, quiet ,spacious and modern and everything that we needed. Supermarket within 10 minutes walk, Apukka shuttle bus stop right across the road, just down from Santa Claus Hotel. Check in was 4pm which was a bit of a wait for us but was easy to retrieve the key and straight forward. I would highly recommend these apartments despite some of the reviews . Apartment no. 75/5th floor was excellent. 25 minutes on the bus from Rovaniemi airport, 15 minutes on bus to Santa Claus village.

Just a few small issues, I was under the impression that I booked an apartment with a sauna but the sauna was in the building at an extra charge of €22, however, when I looked into booking a sauna it stated that they weren't available. The other issue was the pillows...there was a very small pillow on the bed but the spares in the cupboard were smelly and I couldn't use them. The instructions for the oven/cooker were very unclear and we struggled a little to get the oven to stay on. We found the heat a bit much for us but understand that others may like a lot of heat; The weather was very mild while we were there
