En general es confortable

Que estuviera el lavavajillas por recoger no me parece nada adecuado para lo que pagas por el alojamiento que es sencillo sin más y también bastantes cubiertos sucios en el cajón…. Salpicones de aceite en la pared de la vitrocerámica… y nosotros no usamos nada más que el microondas para calentar leche pero no estaba la cocina en general limpia y los cubos de reciclaje tenían que estar separados para poder hacer precisamente eso ( reciclar )

很舒適，空間很大，有客廳、餐桌、簡易廚房，還有洗衣機，特別是有一個桑拿房！

必需先去某一定點索取鑰匙後，再過去通知的住宿定點，無法提前得知正確入住地址，且有一段距離，若是在雪地裡拖著行李，確實會耗費不少時間跟體力。

Brillent location

The door to the apartment was difficult to get into and out we reported it to the office They did investigate but we still had issues There were no fire instructions in the apartment we felt that the door issues were a fire risk as we would not get out the door and there was no other way to get out We came acrooss another familly having the same issue on the apartment opposite and they had young children But apart from this issue we enjoyed our stay

It was very clean, which I think is very important! The location is great (though be aware that they have several flats, so all locations aren't the same), just over a K-Market (little grocery store), super convenient! And it's only maybe a 7 min walk into "town"/Lordi Square where you'll find all restaurants and bars! Had everything you need really, it's a "proper" flat. Overall a nice place to stay, though I had some issues.

It was a little worn down, the cabinets in the bathroom were peeling (I forgot to take a photo) and there was some marks on the walls here and there. Nothing much but I was expecting a little higher standard compared to what I paid for the stay. As far as I can see, there are no photos on the Booking website of the flat I was staying in, as far as I can see, so again, be prepared of getting something that's a bit different than what photos show. There was no coffee table/living room table, so you need to use a chair as one, if you for instance, wants to eat in front of the TV. The communication with the company that rents our the flats, were 100% terrible and awful. I sent them questions the day before I was to leave, and it's not the day after and an hour AFTER check-out - and they haven't replied to my question about check-out routines. You see, they send you conflicting information about how to complete check out. I also asked them questions some day before I was to arrive, and their reply was far from prompt. They did however have time to send me "ads" for car rentals and Aurora hunting before I arrived.. The cleaners also showed up roughly 30 min before check-out because they "thought it was empty" (their words), when I was still there, as I was waiting for the company to answer. Quite strange to me. Lastly, they ask of you to do the dishes (fair I guess.. But the dishwasher was full from a previous guest, so it had to be done by hand), but also take out the rubbish when you check out. For the price I paid, I think it's a bit cheeky to request this from the guest.
