Sijainti, tarvittavat mukavuudet löytyivät monipuolisesti, viihtyisä ja siisti asunto.

Asunto oli viileänpuoleinen, vaikka lämmöt olivat ilmeisesti täysillä. Autopaikan lämmitystolppa ei toiminut ja oli kuitenkin pakkaspäiviä. Asunnon luovutusaika klo 11 vähän turhan aikainen. Asunnon siivoamisedellytyksestä olisi ollut hyvä mainita jo pääilmoituksessa eikä vasta varauksen jälkeen tulevissa tiedoissa.
