"Old apartment in a quiet block."

The shower.

Having to pay for the linens and then having to make-up and remove the bedding too. Not being able to open the bedroom window at all. The appearance of the apartment. 1 curtain in the lounge only covering half of the window.

Nice quiet place, easy to find. Close to everything -- shops, bars, beautiful lake.

There was no lift, but the owner can't do anything about that!
