Historic Building Cathedral

The location, history of the building including Plaza Santa Marta, the accommodation and last but not least the team behind the scenes including Melissa who was there to help as we needed on checkout. I doubt there is a more interesting place that is as quirky as this.

My time in Sevilla ended and I had to leave.

It right at the plaza De Martha a nice little squre with beautiful orange trees. Apartment was really nice very spacious. Had a washing machine, and dishes and cutlery to prepare meals. It's walking distance to all the major monuments.

No natural lighting. Even though there are windows that can be opened because it was surrounded by other buildings it was hard to keep them open for privacy purposes.

The steps ! Because of my condition. Not the place's fault.

The hosts were very clear an all instructions to get to and into the apartment. The apartment was spacious and VERY well located. Loved the view of La Giralda from the terrace. 2-15 mins walking to all sightseeing atractions and restaurants.

The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The hot water didn't seem to work but it did not bother me much. Overall a great place to stay.

I liked the central location. I walked everywhere.

Table broke down on second day. Contacted agent to repair table. She never turned up. I ended up eating food on my knees for the remainder of my stay. I asked for toilet paper, clean towels and for the rubbish to be collected. Agent completely ignored all my requests. I bought my own toilet paper and used grubby towels. I put the rubbish next to the cleaning lady dusk cart and the rubbish stayed there for 2 days. Unbelievable.

The location and the patio! Directions are easy to follow.

Not very clean, worn down, only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for a stay of 5 nights. No shower gel. I suppose we expected the service to be like that of hotels since this wasn’t an Airbnb. No human contact (the owner never picked up his phone and I had to pester him multiple times before he gave me a tax invoice - I think this was the worst for me). Since this was a work trip I do not mind, but I would not pay the price if I came on a personal trip (although the view really is impressive).

Excellent location, great instructions to find apartment and key, close to many shops and restaurants and beside the cathedral

Upon arrival we opened the fridge to find that there were used items such as open yoghurt and butter but also unused items. It appeared that the fridge wasn’t cleaned. However overall the rest of the apartment was clean
