It was clean

Difficult to communicate with owner Not helpful Very basic accomodation Couldn’t use towels unless we paid for them Declined early check in with outside temp of -18 degrees. No where to store luggage We had to dispose of rubbish which was not in an area close to apartment and no explanation of where you find bins.

Our host Rauno was really helpful & showed us around the area when we arrived. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Spacious, clean & really well equipped. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. The beds were really comfortable & the showers & sauna were perfect!

Era pequeño pero muy cómodo y acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario. El anfitrión dejó instrucciones de todo lo que pudiera generar duda. El apartamento está al lado de Artikum, cerca de todo, con fácil aparcamiento.

sólo eché en falta que la lavadora fuera también secadora

Stylish, cosy apartment, seasonally decorated with Christmas tree, which made the stay at Santa's home town even more special; incredible attention to detail starting with room decor to Christmas mugs in the kitchen! The place was nice and clean, homely and spacious, with just the right temperature. Loved the fact there was no telly, but an electric fire place. Great location - 5min walk to a supermarket & city centre as well as the airport shuttle bus stop. Fantastic host - great communication, very helpful, quick replies. Folder in the living room with wifi password and top tips was very useful too.

Towels were listed as part of the facilities, but were actually charged as rentals 5€ per towel.
