The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen set-up is good.

Access to the apartment is hugely problematic and in my opinion constitutes a fire hazard: access is by opening 2 doors to the apartment after the front door. The first one opens to a set of steps (5 steps) down to a narrow windowless hallway lit up by a lightbulb activated by motion sensor. The second door opens to a 1x1m windowless hallway of the apartment, again lit up by motion detector. A curved, steep staircase without railing leads to the room. If a fire breaks out and/or electricity goes off I would not be able to get out safely.

One thing I really appreciated was how quickly the team handled a small issue — they initially forgot to provide towels, but as soon as I reached out, they resolved it very fast. It was reassuring to see how efficiently they took care of it. The apartment managers were also very responsive and easy to communicate with, replying quickly whenever I had a question.

There was one aspect I didn’t like. The requirement to provide a deposit felt inconvenient, and when my credit card didn’t work, there wasn’t any real flexibility or alternative solution offered. It would have been helpful if there had been some exception or backup option in that situation.

El apartamento es perfecto. Bonito, comodo y limpio. La zona bonita i animada, con bares, restaurantes i supermercado muy cerca. Pero a la vez tranquila
