"Alojamiento funcional y bien situado"

Me sorprendió su ubicación. Por una parte la calle es poco transitada, muy tranquila. Retirada del bullicio del centro, al que se puede llegar en transporte público, y al mismo tiempo cerca de lugares interesantes: la basílica de la Macarena, el parque del Alamillo, el río...

Hay algunas partes y algún elemento que no dan sensación de limpieza. La escalera es estrechita (pero tampoco es culpa de la propiedad) lo que puede ser un problema para las personas con movilidad reducida.

La comunicación con el personal fue muy ágil. Sin duda eso fue lo mejor de la estancia. El alojamiento es sencillo, para pasar dos o tres noches sirve. Los colchones cómodos.

Es un segundo sin ascensor. La ropa de cama y toallas están desgastadas, y hay otros detalles que son mejorables con poco coste.

El apartamento estaba limpio.

Que hayan dejado la lavadora encendida con ropa de huéspedes anteriores. Y la ropa de cama y toallas muy desgastadas.

La ubicación era estupenda, sobre todo porque íbamos al hospital y estaba a unos cinco minutos pero también cerca del centro. El apartamento es muy luminoso, todo exterior y agradable. La zona es muy tranquila pero hay cafeterías, bares y supermercados cerca.

Nos encontramos la lavadora en marcha y preguntamos, nos sorprendió que nos dijeran que era de uso privado, estando en la cocina y también incluida en las especificaciones del apartamento.
