Apartamento auténtico La Perla Playa

The apartment is located right on the seafront and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Free parking is available near the building and along the road. The location is convenient for visiting many tourist attractions in the region.

A few minor cosmetic repairs would improve the overall experience, but nothing critical. It would also be helpful to provide additional instructions for guests. For example: Access (exit and entry) to the building and the beach is only possible with a key. The beach shower operates with a key, which was not available during our stay. Condensation from the air conditioner should be monitored, as the collection bucket fills up within a few hours.

The apartment is in a fantastic position overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach. It is well equipped and clean.

However, it is looking a little tired and their are some things that need attention. Things such as loose taps and toilet seat, light bulbs needing replacing, curtains hanging loose are an easy fix and should be checked after each use (there was a plug socket hanging off the wall with the wires exposed when I arrived. I reported it and the people who look after the apartment (who were lovely and very helpful) tried their best to help, but the socket needed an electrician and that couldn't be arranged for that week, so they secured it as best they could and blocked access to it with a cupboard. There were also no instructions regarding the air conditioner and kitchen hob which would have been helpful. If these things are easy to fix and if they were sorted out and properly maintained then with an upgrade of the decor and furnishing, given its position directly this would be a 4 star apartment. I still had a fantastic time staying here and for the location alone it was worth the money.

Amazing apartment with a nice sea view and private beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Would be perfect for families with children. The area around is very quiet and calm, no crowds, some.nice restaurants and cafes.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall, with the positives clearly outweighing the negatives. The apartment is bright and sunny, with a truly beautiful sea view that makes mornings and evenings especially pleasant. It is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we also appreciated the option for parking, which made things very convenient.

On the day of arrival, we were not proactively provided with the code to collect the keys and had to contact the owners by phone, which was a bit inconvenient. Some maintenance aspects could also be improved: a loose and worn-out water tap, one very uncomfortable bed in the guest room, and a dishwasher that does not open the detergent compartment. Additionally, the baseboard under the kitchen unit was not properly fixed and kept falling off. The toilet tank sometimes did not stop running after flushing. We also noticed some water damage and mold on the bedroom wall (likely from the roof), and a draft when opening the front door due to leaking window glass. During colder periods (early spring or winter), the apartment can be quite chilly in the early morning. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was very positive and we would still recommend it.

Duże okna z pięknym widokiem na morze. Wygodne łóżka. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Ładne pokoje.

Kuchnia i łazienka wymaga drobnych prac remontowych np. kran w łazience, maskownice pod szafkami. Na ścianach w niektórych miejscach pojawia się wilgoć. Ogólnie nie jest źle, ale psuje to przyjemność korzystania z wypoczynku.
