Ático con una personalidad artística, en un barrio artístico también. Cerca del centro de Madrid, con una plaza enfrente. Zona de teatros. Buenos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Limpio, cocina bien equipada, acogedor. Vista hermosa a la cúpula de una iglesia, eso fue un plus inesperado.

Quizás el edificio un poco oscuro en principio, pero rápidamente uno entra en confianza. Se nota que la conserje esta atenta a todo movimiento, vecinos muy amables.

Posizione eccellente. Pulizia e spazi comodi. Disponibile e funzionale la lavatrice con uno stendibiancheria a disposizione

Le camere da letto sono molto strette. In ciascuna c’è il letto ad una piazza e mezzo. La tenda nella doccia non è comoda e si rischia involontariamente di allagare il bagno

We liked the location and the host was very kind. The kitchen is also well equipped.

It was very cold. The is AC but it just couldn't warm up the apartment. There is a heating system but it didn't work.

"Giornate indimenticabili nella bellissima Madrid"

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti presso l'Ático de Mowgli, situato all’ultimo piano di un edificio con ascensore, nel cuore di Madrid, in Plaza Tirso de Molina. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben curato e ideale per tre persone, grazie alle sue due camere da letto funzionali. La posizione è eccellente: si può facilmente esplorare il centro di Madrid a piedi e la fermata della metro è proprio sotto casa. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermercati aperti 24 ore su 24 (come Carrefour), un Lidl, vari bar, ristoranti e tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno pratico e piacevole. Pulito, ben arredato e con tutti i comfort essenziali, l’appartamento si è rivelato una base perfetta per vivere Madrid in piena libertà. Consigliatissimo!

Qualche piccolo problemino con la serratura.

De locatie was top, alles op loopafstand

Er konden maar twee personen in de lift en anders moest je tien trappen omhoog lopen. Geen balkon helaas.
