Excellent location supper comfortable warm and cozy.

This place had a lot of charm and character and had everything you needed with lots of space. It had a beautiful view from the top floor. It was very clean and well equipped for short and long stays. It was a great location right next to a metro and lots of shops and restaurants.

The beds were a bit firm and perhaps the pillows and bedding could have a bit of an update. The person checking us in was very kind, but lingered for at least 20 minutes after we arrived explaining in detail every aspect of the accommodation. It was very nice, but as we did not speak the language very well and were quite tired from our journey, the detailed explanation was unnecessary. We also missed the check-out details located on the house rules sheet (that’s our fault and we are sorry), but received quite a scolding from the person waiting at the door at check-out time, as we didn’t dispose of the keys correctly. It made the check-in and check-out process a bit intrusive and impertinent. Perhaps email in advance or list very detailed check-in and check-out procedures on the house rules sheet, as well as how to turn on the heating and to what setting, etc. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

The location is at the center of Madrid, a minute walk from the Metro which made it accessible. The main plazas can be reached in walking distances. There are a lot of restaurants and bars around the area and a big supermarket is just across the street. The apartment brings a home-like atmosphere. We had a very comfortable stay. Laura was very welcoming, she was also prompt in responding to our questions. She also provided tips on where to go and which places and time are not safe which was very helpful.

The area is a little dodgy but that’s something the host can’t control so it’s fine.

Great view and great location. Tastefully decorated around the jungle theme. We had a warm welcome and everything we needed. Convenient groceries down the street.

The location is great, fully equipted apartment.

It may be better to use cleanable sheets and duvets. And maybe i missed the info but the apartment is located at 5th floor, there is an elevator from 1st floor to 4th. So you have to climb the stairs from 0 to 1st and 4th to 5th. We have a 3 year old kid, that was a bit problem to carry hım while he is sleeping, otherwise a great place to stay.

It is the most charming apartment right in the heart of Madrid, the location couldn’t get any better, as you will be right on the doorstep of a metro station but also just a short walk away from most attractions in central Madrid. The square where the apartment is located boasts with several boutique shops and supermarkets, including a 24/7 carrefour. The view is astonish from the apartment and the host and her mum who met us on our arrival were just delightful. We have definitely found our home away from home in Madrid and will be coming back here 100%.
