VTZ El Balcón de Torre Nueva III

This very comfortable flat is 2 blocks from El Tubo and El Pilar, and could not have been more perfect for our stay. Clean, comfortable, close to everything we needed, great water pressure!

City parking is typically expensive and weird if you aren't used to it, and this was no exception. However, it was covered and safe, and the walking entry was only a block from the flat!

Las llaves se recogen en la recepción de un hotel cercano. La ubicación del apartamento es excepcional. Dos habitaciones con dos baños, una pequeña cocina y un salon bastante majo con un sofa cama que parece cómodo (no lo llegamos a usar). Muy limpio. Lo recomiendo sin duda

El apartamento no tiene vistas pero ha sido un problema para nosotros.

Everything! The location was perfect, all main attractions were so closed. No need to use any kind of transport. Appartment had 2 bathrooms, small kitchen and very comfortable beds. The last night we even saw the double rainbow from our windows🥳

The only thing I could find fault with was the view from the windows. They overlooked a tiny courtyard, which wasn't particularly charming. But that's a minor detail compared to the apartment's other advantages.

El olor de las tuberías en los baños y que había bastante polvo.
