Límpio, tranquilo y buena ubicación.

El aire acondicionado no se regulaba (salían chorros de aire en tres habitaciones). Los filtros del aire acondicionado dudo que hayan sido renovados en años. Eso es lo peor del piso y que nos pidieron una fianza de 180 euros que luego al salir devolvieron. Esa fianza no constaba en las condiciones.

El apartamento está muy bien, tiene de todo y es cómodo.

El balcón era estrecho y resbaladizo. Y no nos avisaron de que las llaves se recogían en un hotel hasta ese día, cuando ya estábamos allí.
