Location, cleanliness, cost, friendly efficient staff, free coffee/drink in foyer.

Prime location. Parking very close by. Convenient to shopping, attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.

While it was quick and easy to pick up the keys at one location, you then have to drive to the apartment adding an extra stop and just inconvenient.

Really great location, the apartment was clean and modern.

It was very hot day and the air conditioning is not strong enough. It was still hot in the living room, while in the bedrooms the temp was fine. It was not easy to find the entrance to the parking place.

Finding the apartment after collecting the keys was quite difficult but the recommended car park was easy to find and located just a short walk from the front door. The big market in front of the apartment is very interesting and worth a visit even if not shopping. The location of the apartment in the old town is close to everything, especially the basilica and the main shopping area. Also close to the Goya Museum and others. The apartment is very quiet and on the 4th floor with an elevator. The air conditioning and the wifi were good.

One of the legs on one of the beds was broken and although a girl from the office came at night to try to fix it, it broke again during the night as it isn’t secure in the bed base. One of us used the sofa bed rather then risk the weight of two people. The intercom doesn’t work and with 3 adults and a child staying and only being given one key is really inconvenient. We received a discount ticket for parking but after drawing the management’s attention to the various problems they kindly gave us a refund on the parking.

Furnished and equipped pretty well. 2 bathrooms, 1 for each bedroom. Unexpectedly very quiet.

It need a fan in the living room.
