Kivasti sisustettu asunto, kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Sijainti erinomainen, olohuoneen ikkunasta näkyi tuomiokirkon kellokin. Parkkipaikalle kulku oli isolle autolle hiukan ahdas, mutta koska aina löytyi hyvin tilaa, isokin auto kääntyi parkkiin.

Ainoana miinuksena oli sadesuihku, jota joko emme osanneet käyttää tai se ei toiminut. Tämäkään ei merkittävästi haitannut kun normaali suihkupää kyllä toimi.
