MY CASA - GROSSO 14 - 5 min walk to beach

Location, big nice windows, clean enough, good storage for clothes, nice bathroom and nice kitchen

The sofa where we were sleeping was quite uncomfortable. But the worst thing was that walls (or ventilation ) was not soundproof at all! We could hear AVERYTHING that happened in the neighbor apartment! Every night exactly at 3 a.m the man in the apartment next to us start to talk on phone loudly and its continues in 2 hours. It was so loud sound that we woke up from this talking every single night and coudnt asleep until he is finished talking on phone (at 5 o'clock). you can hear talking as good as like the person seating next to you. After 2 night like this we had no chose then to find another place to stay. I understand that we was just unlucky with the neighbor but property owner need to do something with soundproof. By the way the street is also quite noisy and it can be disturbing at night, because windows not soundproof either. On the photos the apartment looks much more bigger, then in reality, but big enough for 2 persons.

Location is good, it's nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful delivering sheets and towels when there were some missing.

It's very small. There was sometimes quite a strong smell from the drain in the shower - I think it just needs cleaning thoroughly in all the flats.

The placement of the hotel is good

We slept on a sofa and there were bed bugs from which it was impossible to sleep and also it’s not the property we expected. And two adult people had to sleep on a sofa which was extremely comfortable as well as the place outside is really loud especially at night.

This space has great facilities - a washing machine included. It is located a 10 minute walk to the main beach/promenade and then a further 20 minute walk to the buzzing centre of Old Town Nice. It is on a fairly busy road but the windows block out a lot of the noise. The bed is a sofa bed which you need to fold out, assemble, and put sheets on yourself upon arrival. The apartment is nice and new, however I don't feel it was worth how much I paid. The hosts were really great with communication prior to and the day of my arrival and sent through instructions for key retrieval - which were all clear and easy to understand.

We are coming to Nice for the second time. We immediately fell in love with her. We will always want to come back here.

In my opinion, these are small things and very easily solved. The staff knows about it and I believe they will be gone next time.
