Magnifique appartement très bien situé !

Quelques lampes non fonctionnelles, des interrupteurs un peut partout…

The location was wonderful, and Lyon generally was really amazing. We definitely intend to return.

Finding the keys in the dark when we arrived was very stressful. We couldn't open the main door so we had to ask in the restaurant next door, however the staff there were far from helpful.

L'emplacement ++, le studio comportait tout ce que nous avions de besoin, les hôtes étaient réactives aux messages et paraissaient gentilles. C'était confortable comme endroit.

La propreté laisse à désirer, le sofa mériterait d'être nettoyé, il y a des tâches apparentes dessus. Nous n'avions pas de lumière dans la cuisine puisque toutes les ampoules, sauf une, étaient brûlées. Si j'avais insisté, les hôtes étaient prêtes à remédier à la situation avant notre départ. Finalement, pas assez de rouleau de papier de toilette pour notre séjour. À moins que je n'ai pas trouvé la cachette où il y a du surplus au besoin.

The apartment is nice, but was missing very simple essentials - bottle of water, few coffee capsules - something whihc usually is provided by hosts, and does not cost much..

Design + location

Location was excellent, there was a very comfortable bed and the property was exactly as described - no surprises. Hosts were responsive to any questions and helpful with recommendations.

The shower temperature could be a challenge to control, and the apartment was quite warm ( in August). A fan was provided to help with this

Une propriétaire, qui est là juste pour encaisser les réservations, on lui demander des renseignements, elle nous renvoie vers sa conciergerie qui ne répond pas aux appels téléphoniques ni aux messages, il a fallu annuler la réservation et ensuite cinq heures plus tard j’ai pu avoir des nouvelles de quelqu’un, une température de 33° dans l’appartement pour dormir, je trouve ça inapproprié, Je déconseille fortement.

Location was excellent-close to the tram stop and across the Promenade d'Anglaise from the public beach. It is too far to walk to/from the train station and Old Town, so just become familiar with the tram stops and invest in a tram pass. AC was great and the beds were very comfortable. View is delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the microwave, oven fridge/freezer, TV with no issues. We were so comfortable!

To be clear-there was nothing about the stay we did not like. We LOVED everything about this apartment. This is just a FYI for the very nice property owner. The fridge/freezer seemed to have a condensation issue along the back wall, but it did not impact keeping items cold at all. It did not impact our stay or what we stored in the fridge.
