We were met on arrival by hosts Lee and Sam who were very friendly and showed us around our two bedroom apartment The place is so nice, finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. It's in an ideal location, with beautiful views of the sea. In a fairly quiet location but only a 10 minute tram ride to the centre of Blackpool and the attractions. We've already booked to go back!

Absolutely everything. Perfect position, immaculate. Special touches, chocolates, wine, large, milk fresh orange. Attention to detail, nothing was too much for the host. So much so we have booked again for next year and only came home today.

The apartment was facing the sea front and had parking space it was lovely and clean inside I would recommend the apartment to family and friends. On arrival we were met by the host who showed us around

Second year we have stayed at Stay - Sam and Lee are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and really friendly. We love the location near to the beach, tram and easy to get to Blackpool and Thornton Cleverleys. Perfect for a young family. Will be back again next year.

As a family of three we stayed with our 8 yr old in this absolutely beautiful 5* apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It is like a show house. It is about 1 mile out of the centre of Blackpool (away from all the noise in a very quiet area), you are looking out at the seafront. The tram stop is just across the road. We stayed in the amazing top/split level apartment. We had the car so only used the tram once, we drove into Blackpool and parked. The owner very kindly left us milk/loaf/water/even beer in the fridge which was so kind. The apartment had everything you'd ever need, toiletries, towels, bedding provided. It also has oven etc which we used for pizzas. Just around the corner from the apartment is a Sainburys and 5*star rated takeaways which were very handy. We used this apartment as a base to visit Morecambe etc and explore the area. The photos really don't do this place justice. From the moment you step in and see oak flooring/doors/incredible finish you know it's going to be an enjoyable stay 😊

Great location, lovely hosts, everything we needed for our weekend in Blackpool, walking distance to the bars and restaurants of Bispham. Hop across the road for the tram into Blackpool.
