Very friendly, very clean and in a good location with 2 tram stops a 2 mins walk. Stayed here with my young family and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Had a fantastic holiday, also the weather was fab to.

Everythings perfect about 'Stay' Located at the start of the illuminations. 'North end', away from the hustle and bustle when the days finished. The hosts are lovely and provided a few essentials and treats for when we got there. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent location, very close to the tram but far enough from Blackpool that its quiet. Well equipped apartment and the bed is extremely comfortable! The location of the illuminations is an added bonus, I did love telling a taxi driver to drop us off across from the TARDIS & the Darleks.

Some of the fixings are a little loose, when I tried to put the hand towel on the ring the ring fell off the wall (just the ring not the fixing), it just needs some screws tightening. Also the toilet seat is loose so when you reach for the loo roll and the seat moves its very disconcerting. Again not a massive problem, just needs tightening. Also can't use the bedside lights because the headboard touches the light switches and instantly switches them off! We solved this by wedging a cushion being the headboard!

Communication wuth the friendly owner ahead of our stay was excellent. Arrival was easy. Apartment was spotless and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The quality towels were the best we have had in an apartment or hotel. The welcome pack (especially the decent wine) was a lovely surprise. Location was great with the tram just outside. Being able to park on-site was a bonus. I would definitely recommend the apartment

It's an ideal situated,fully equipped,clean,modern and comfy apartment. Tram stop nearby for a trip into Blackpool centre. The complimentary treats as well as basic essentials was a very nice and generous touch. This is one of the better places we have stayed and will definitely be booking again. Thank you 😊

Very well maintained modern interior which was spotlessly clean. Complimentary treats were provided on arrival as well as some basic essentials. Communication from the hosts was good. It is well situated for getting the tram into the centre. The illuminations could be seen from the balcony. Would highly recommend.
