The flat was quite minimally styled, but in a modern and pragmatic way. Very comfortable double bed, and quiet flat at night (slept very well). Some store cupboard condiments had been provided by the host, which was a nice touch. Had everything you needed and was a great short distance from town and amenities/walks. Felt secure, and easy check-in process. Clear written instructions left regarding house rules, Wi-Fi etc. Really pleasant short stay - and would definitely rebook if I'm in the area in future.

Took me a while to find the switches for the bathroom extractor fan and heated towel rail (I have neither at home, so possibly that's why I couldn't find them!) but a note about it in the instructions may help others. Some unwashed/used food utensils and plates had been left in the cupboards from the previous occupant, so definitely worth ensuring that's checked during turnaround/changeover going forward. Most people won't cook and will eat out - but some might stay in - so it would matter.

Light needed over front door to help locate lock on front door. A non- slip shower mat in the bath would be helpful for those of us of more advanced age as bath is high sided

Location was ideal for us . Five minutes walk from our sons house and 5 minutes walk from the town center.
