Nice Location and good amenities and restaurants nearby.

Some of the furniture has seen better days but overall still comfortable and most importantly clean.

It wasn’t newly renovated. Sofas were very dirty and the leather of the dinning room chairs were scratched and peeling off. Bathroom door lock was also broken.

On the whole we loved this really spacious apartment, the beds were super comfy again with lots of room to move around and the location was amazing for us.

Sadly we did have some issues, on booking i contacted several times!!! regarding the floor plan inside as my mum is blind therefore we needed an apartment with no stairs!!! to limit the risk of falling in the middle of the night if going to the bathroom. I was told that there were no stairs inside the apartment, only on the outside to get to the apartment. On arrival we were met with a spiral stair case once through the front door, which leads to the main hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom. A massive issue for my mum having to walk past an open staircase to get to the toilet or the other bedroom you would have to walk down 2 steps to get to the bathroom. 2. The smell coming from the bathroom of drains and damp was overwhelming when we first arrived and had to keep the bathroom door closed with the window open. the smell when after 24hrs. 3. The toilet brush too clean the toilet was sitting in brown dirty soiled water) 4. front door bell didn't work

Ideal location with a lot of restaurants and cafe.

While care has been taken to ensure all the amenities are provided the furniture has had a lot of wear and tear especially the living room sofa. The bathroom lock did not work while we managed that without major hassles.

Very spacious and comfortable.

This property is great for younger people but not for a couple of eighty year olds.The problem was .The property was hard to locate as you are not told it is above a Restaurant and has to Accessed at an alley at the back.Then you have to climb a fire escape type stairway at top of which is some loose fitting tiles that lead to the front door.There is also very little room to park your car and found it much easier to park in the road where there is no chance of getting blocked in.
