The apartment was very clean and tidy.

This apartment is of a very high standard and provides everything for your needs from dishwasher to iron amongst other items. It is located outside the city walls, but you can easily walk to the city within 15 min. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend to those people who value cleanliness and style when booking an apartment.

Low ceiling in master bedroom too low, but otherwise fantastic!

Low ceiling in master bedroom was uncomfortable.

It was beautifully decorated and laid out.

Nothing.

The apartment is really stylish and decorated nicely. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk into the town centre, and the road it is on is lovely, with lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is very clean and feels brand new, and has everything you could possibly need. The use of skylights means it is very bright and airy.

The shower in the top bedroom didn’t work the second morning, only putting out freezing cold water, so we all had to use the downstairs shower. The downstairs shower had really poor pressure so washing my hair was a challenge and the temperature was only like warm. You could also hear the noise from the street outside and the bar underneath which kept my parents awake. The temperature in the apartment was really hot, we had to keep the windows open but you have to close them during the night to reduce the noise, so it’s warm when you’re trying to sleep. There’s no storage for your clothes or anything in the top bedroom, so we left our case in the floor, and you need to duck under the ceiling a lot, my husband banged his head.

Central location. Everything required was in the apartment.

Windows in lounge aren’t fitted well. The volume of noise from outside is considerable and poorly installed windows make it seem that windows are open although they are closed. Having to pull a rug forward to use the sofa bed we discovered the end of the rug was stained and extremely dirty and covered in debris. We left this pulled forward so they would know to clean it. We then received a text asking for an explanation of how we created this mess…. No apology given when we explained the situation!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area. The apartment was really well presented and very clean. We loved our stay and will be back.

Nothing, everything was perfect (except the toaster which doesn’t pop when it’s done and set the smoke alarm off)
