Boris and Tim were so helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Very peaceful beautiful surroundings in rural Norfolk and only a short drive to the coast. Would highly recommend.

Such a lovely place and the hosts make it so easy to be a guest there. Beautiful grounds, lovely old house, friendly host, fun dogs. Close to beaches, with beautiful country walks just outside the front door. What’s not to love? I highly recommend the Indian takeaway in North Walsham that you will find menus for in the house. (Boris and Tim were brilliant about providing folders full of information on great things to see and do in the locality.)

Beautiful countryside location. Short car journey to Bacton beach. Our east wing apartment was perfect for us, the Victorian style bathroom stunning.

The location and the accommodation was fantastic, very peaceful, beautiful gardens and fantastic hosts, including the adorable dogs x

Boris and Tim are exceptionally welcoming. Their home and gardens are tranquil and cosy. I couldn't recommend this property enough. It is perfectly located to everything you would want to do or need whilst giving you a peaceful country escape. Thank you for sharing your property with our family, truly will be a stay to remember.
